ORDER

All products are handpour-to-order. Therefore, allow 2-3 business days for preparation, upon delivery. If you should need your order sooner, contact us so we can do our best to accommodate. Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours after placing order. 

PAYMENT

GEHATI accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX). All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Payment method is designed to charge your credit card after verification of your credit card details, confirmation of product availability, preparation of your order to be shipped and shipping verification. 

We charge Georgia residents sales tax, which is applied at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Lighter weight packages can be shipped via First Class--which takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Any packages over 15oz is shipped Priority Mail--which takes 1-3 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments leave our studio. If you need your order expedited, please choose that method. There will be a 1-2 day processing time before shipped on expedited orders. 

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

At this time, we are not shipping out international packages. We cannot be responsible for lost or damage packages/products that leave U.S. soil. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

REFUND POLICY

Request Cancellation within: 12 Hours of Purchase

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they leave our studio. In addition, we keep all products fresh and sanitized. 

CANDLES/AIR MIST/SHOWER BOMBS/WAX MELTS

We DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges on candles, air mist, wax melts or shower bombs-- unless there was an error on our part or you received a defective item. Please understand that our fragrances are our own artistic interpretation. This is what makes our products unique. If an item breaks during shipping, we will replace, but require a photograph of the broken item before we re-ship. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

BODY BUTTER

We DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges on Body Butter for hygiene purposes. All Body Butter will always come packaged with a seal for you to break before usage.
